How are data centers evolving?
Technology and innovation are driving data centers forward.
Times may have been simpler when data centers first began popping up, but the technology and equipment used were not. Early data centers were incredibly complex with hundreds of feet of bulky wiring and vacuum tubes connecting everything and enormous vents and fans for cooling, which often did the opposite and caused facilities to overheat and start on fire.
Today, data centers themselves have been streamlined, as has the technology used to monitor them.
