As a Senior Associate with JLL, D.W. specializes in Industrial & Flex real estate advisory & transaction services in Portland, OR. D.W. focuses on representing local occupiers, developers, landlords, and investors in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and new construction of industrial/flex properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. As a Portland native, D.W.’s immense amount of local knowledge and expertise has enabled his clients to achieve superior results that go beyond client expectations. In addition to working on JLL’s Industrial Team, D.W. also specializes in Data Center real estate advisory; having been involved in some of Portland’s most notable Data Center transactions in Hillsboro, OR. He is also an active member in JLL’s Advanced Manufacturing group as well.
Prior to joining JLL, D.W. began his career at CBRE where he worked as both an Analyst and Associate Broker specializing in industrial real estate. During his time at CBRE, D.W. was also a member of CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Team as well.
D.W. attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and received his B.B.A. in Business Administration from Cox School of Business along with a Minor in advertising.
