JLL welcomes Mike Arnold as Vice President
Arnold to focus on expanding business in Colorado Springs
DENVER, May 14, 2024 – JLL announced today Mike Arnold has joined the firm as Vice President, specializing in tenant/occupier representation. Arnold brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate to his new role, where he will focus on expanding JLL's presence in Colorado Springs, his childhood hometown, alongside Tom Lepry.

Arnold’s career in commercial real estate began at Cassidy Turley, where he served as an analyst before transitioning to become a broker at Avison Young. There, he then honed his skills as a tenant rep office leasing broker and later at Cresa, where he spent nearly five years specializing in portfolio account management, financial analysis, contract negotiations, workforce strategy and workplace strategy.

Arnold, a Colorado native, graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School in 2005 and the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado with a degree in finance and real estate in 2009.
