Current Responsibilities
Tom Lepry is a Senior Vice President for JLL's Tenant Representation division in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado. His responsibilities include assisting tenants with strategic real estate planning, lease administration, disposition, relocation and portfolio management.
Experience
Tom has 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 11 years as a Vice President with The Staubach Company, prior to Staubach's merger with JLL in 2008. Previously, Tom was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and an Associate Managing Director at Insignia/ESG. Tom has assisted numerous DOD contractors with SCIF requirements.
Education and Affiliations
Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Engineering from Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® and Western Energy Alliance and Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC.
