Detroit release: Healthcare expert joins JLL Detroit
Miriam Rhein brings 25 years of real estate experience to JLL
DETROIT, September 25, 2024 – JLL announced that it has added Miriam Rhein as Senior Vice President to its Detroit office, where she will spearhead brokerage and portfolio management initiatives in the market’s healthcare sector. With 25 years of experience, Rhein brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to JLL’s National Healthcare Advisory Group.

As the leading healthcare real estate expert for JLL in Michigan, Rhein will negotiate lease renewals, manage property dispositions, evaluate new site acquisitions, conduct fair market value studies, provide broker opinions of value, and prepare portfolio reports.
Rhein brings a diverse professional background to JLL, having owned and operated a retail advertising agency for eight years before transitioning to commercial real estate. Most recently, she spent five years as Vice President at Colliers. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed large corporate accounts, with a particular focus on healthcare real estate in the Detroit metropolitan area. Notably, Rhein managed 1.6 million square feet of the Ascension portfolio in Michigan, overseeing multiple property dispositions and completing site acquisitions for future hospital campus developments.
