Experience
With over 25 years of experience, Miriam specializes in managing large corporate accounts based primarily in the Detroit metropolitan area, concentrating on healthcare real estate. As part of the National Healthcare Advisory Team, Miriam is the industry expert in Michigan. She is responsible for negotiating lease renewals, property dispositions, new site acquisitions, fair market value studies, broker opinions of value, and portfolio reports.
A skilled negotiator and problem solver, Miriam has proven herself capable of completing even the most challenging assignments successfully. She is recognized for her organizational and multi-tasking skills and her results-driven, energetic attitude.
