Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
We all need role models, because “it’s hard to be what you can’t see”. I’m proud of the accomplished women who are on JLL’s global Board of Directors and Global Executive Board — they make the path easier for others to follow.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Diversity is about being welcomed, while inclusion is about belonging. Diversity is essential for JLL’s future success, but it can’t be sustained without inclusion.
