Venture capital flowed into Boston's biotech startups at a record pace. The $1.6 billion raised in Q4 brought the total for the year to $7.6 billion, a 61 percent year-over-year increase. And after a brief dip in the spring, demand shot past pre-COVID levels, ending above 4.5 million s.f. to end 2020, also a new record.
