In Louisville’s industrial market, the pace of absorption is slightly behind 2021, which is due to the lack of supply and 2021’s historic year. There is limited availability over 300,000 square feet, creating challenges for tenants who have been evaluating the market with large and more immediate space requirements. Still, the market is in a healthy place, but through 2022 it will be imperative that construction timelines are accurate, and product is delivered when expected to keep up with rising demand.
