Have states changed
how they work in
response to COVID?
Hear how four states are shifting to a hybrid work strategy and their success factors
To better understand how States are adapting their real estate portfolios as a result of lessons learned during the pandemic, JLL partnered with the National Association of State Chief Administrators (“NASCA”) to research whether States are planning to adopt new workforce and real estate strategies, and if so, how States are implementing the changes.
JLL spoke with CAO’s from the State of Colorado, Utah, West Virginia and Oregon to learn more about the ways states have changed how they are working in response to COVID-19.
In this episode of the Building Places Podcast, James Cook talks with Kristen Halboth, Senior Research Analyst, JLL, about the key highlights from our conversations with the state Chief Administrative Officers on their shift to a hybrid work strategy.
