Sub-processors
When delivering client services, JLL typically acts as a data processor and accordingly complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable privacy laws. In order to deliver these services, JLL may need to engage third parties (called sub-processors). On this page, JLL maintains the list of its General Suppliers and Property Asset Management Suppliers who may act as sub-processors to process personal data under an agreement with JLL.
General Suppliers
When delivering client services, JLL relies on a number of suppliers to support its infrastructure and administration. In a typical controller-processor relationship, the suppliers act as sub-processors, and JLL puts in place appropriate measures to ensure the adequacy of transfers and sub-processing.
