Current responsibilities
Wyn is a Senior Managing Director for JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services group (IPS) in the Western U.S. In this role, he is responsible for business development and strategy focused on JLL’s aligned service platform to provide clients with seamless real estate portfolio management. Wyn’s extensive knowledge of all services provided in the IPS platform allows clients to leverage JLL’s collaborative culture to eliminate risk and achieve maximum portfolio performance.
Experience
Wyn has 30 years of commercial real estate and interiors experience. Prior to JLL, Wyn was a Global Corporate Real Estate executive at Broadcom, Inc., where he served as director and was involved in space planning, project management, facility services, design and construction. Prior to this, as Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway’s Global and Strategic business model.
Education and affiliations
Wyn attended Central Michigan University and earned his MBA at University of Redlands. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, CoreNet, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
