Professional Experience
Tyler serves as Executive Vice President, Managing Director for the JLL Houston Agency Leasing team.
Tyler’s expertise includes representing landlords in all the major submarkets across the city, with a
particular focus on large, Class A office projects. He prides himself with developing a leasing strategy
that aligns with his client’s goals in order to produce desired outcomes for landlords. Tyler is responsive,
service oriented and works to build trust by always putting the client first.
Prior to JLL, Tyler was Senior Vice President at Transwestern where he represented numerous owners in
all major submarkets across the city. Being actively involved in all of Houston’s major office submarkets
provides Tyler with a strong breadth of market knowledge and broker relationships. His previous roles
include in-house leasing positions at both Skanska and Hines. That in-house leasing experience has
continued to prove valuable, as Tyler approaches his business by viewing transactions from an owner’s
perspective. Tyler began his career as a financial analyst at a major US brokerage firm. His financial
background continues to serve as a strength in structuring leasing transactions that maximize his client’s
goals.
Over his 18 year career, Tyler has leased approximately 5 million square feet with a lease value approaching
$2 Billion.

Education
Tyler received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University where he was a letterman on the Men’s Golf Team. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
