Career summary
Travis is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Carolinas offices of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. As a member of the JLL Capital Markets Leadership team and Expanded Executive Committee, he is responsible for the overall direction of the firm. Travis specializes in all areas of real estate financing with a focus on debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. During the course of his career, he has completed in excess of $16 billion in commercial real estate transactions on a broad range of properties, including multi-housing, retail, office, industrial, hotels and land. The capitalizations included construction financings, conventional permanent financings and bridge financing, with a particular focus on equity placement transactions.
Travis started at HFF in June 2005. Before that, he was the COO of a manufacturing company in the automotive industry.
