Current Responsibilities
Mr. Hughes is an Executive Managing Director providing real estate advisory and transaction services to corporate end-users and individual and institutional owners of commercial real estate. He is a member of the JLL Industrial Brokerage and Supply Chain ][‘’’[pp;and Logistics Solutions Groups and a leader within the JLL national industrial occupier services and integrated portfolio services businesses. Mr. Hughes sits on the JLL regional industrial board and the JLL National Industrial Council.
Experience
Mr. Hughes has more than 30 years of global professional experience, including more than 19 years in the commercial real estate industry. He has extensive experience developing and implementing real estate strategies for corporate occupiers and representing industrial and office users for site selection, leasing, acquisition and disposition requirements across the US and internationally. Mr. Hughes has represented a broad range of occupier clients across all verticals including the retail, e-commerce, food and beverage, advanced manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, defense, medical and third-party logistics industries.
Todd has earned JLL’s Top Gun award designation repeatedly through his career for being a top tier performer and has been recognized as the JLL company wide MVP for his work with clients. Todd became the first member of the global industrial practice group in JLL’s history to be recognized with this distinguished annual MVP award.
Mr. Hughes joined JLL in 2008 through the acquisition of The Staubach Company Immediately prior to joining Staubach, Mr. Hughes was responsible for International Business Development for Northrop Grumman Corporation. In advance of joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. Hughes had worked in the information technology sector. Mr. Hughes served six years as an officer in the United States Navy after graduating from the United States Naval Academy.
