Steve Wagner is a Managing Director of the industrial advisory in JLL’s Orange County, California office. Steve utilizes JLL’s national platform to provide expert consultation to institutional and private investors as well as corporate occupiers and buyers of industrial and R&D properties. Steve provides trusted advisory services both locally and nationally.
Since beginning his career in 2001 at CBRE, Steve has focused on developing long-term and consultative relationships with his clients. Steve joined 360 Commercial Partners in 2010 and has been with JLL since its acquisition of 360 Commercial Partners in 2012. Throughout Steve’s career, he has guided his clients through over 500 transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in consideration. Steve’s clients include institutional landlords and “household name” corporate occupiers.
Education and affiliations
Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA where he was a four-year Letterman and co-captain of the Men’s Golf Team. Steve also holds a certificate in Light Construction and Development Management from the University of California, Irvine.
