With over 20 years of experience, Steve specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial, bulk warehouse and office/warehouse properties.
He has represented both owners and tenants in a multitude of transactions including investment, leasing, build-to-suit and land sales.
Steve has a firm understanding of the factors that impact a location decision - from economics, accessibility, demographics and availability to the physical attributes of a property.
Whether a client is looking for a distribution, manufacturing, office/warehouse or office/service facility or has a property to dispose of, Steve has both the experience and the tools to handle the assignment.
During his career, Steve has completed over 50 million square feet of sales, leases and investment transactions, totaling over 1.2 billion dollars in revenue.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
