As a Contractor Broker with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Industrial Services Group, with over 10 years of experience in the industry, Scott focuses on matching users of industrial space with owners of industrial space in a number of geographic areas in the Chicago region—specifically Northwest Indiana, the South and Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, and the City of Chicago. This experience is highly valuable in navigating the complicated and innumerable local and regional municipal business requirements. In addition, his expertise is rooted in high-level tenant representation, owner representation, strategic planning, transaction management, disposition services, asset valuation, in-fill property reuse and redevelopment assignments.
Scott arrived at Jones Lang LaSalle via its acquisition of The Staubach Company in 2008. He recently represented national developer Holladay Properties on a 539,137 square foot lease in Northwest Indiana. Scott has represented owners on agency assignments along the I-80 corridor from Joliet to South Bend, Indiana.
Scott graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication. He is active as a board member for AIRE (Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers). He has two daughters and lives in Chicago.
