Career
Sam Zaitz was brought to JLL in February of 2020 to run the retail brokerage division in the Rocky Mountain Region. Sam and his team help their tenants with strategic real estate planning, site selection and negotiations. On the agency side, Sam and his team have been fortunate to lease some of the most exciting projects in the state and help bring in many new brands who had never operated in this state prior.
Experience
Sam has 21 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 7 with Staubach Retail and prior to joining JLL in 2020, Sam was a Partner at Legend Retail Group.
Education and Affiliations
Sam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. He is a member of the Internation Council of Shopping Centers. He is a founder member of the Blue Sky Fund and sits on the board of Jewish Family Services.
