Career summary
Sam is a Senior Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than thirteen years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in the disposition and recapitalization of office, life sciences, medical and mixed-use investment properties throughout the Midwest region of the United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $4.5 billion of transactions.
Prior to joining HFF, Sam served as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services team advising numerous Fortune 500 clients. He began his career at Grubb & Ellis where he was a member of one of the top tenant representation teams in Chicago.
