Robert Romano serves as a Managing Director in Jones Lang LaSalle's New York City office. Bob specializes in real estate portfolio strategies, transaction management and related services for both national and international corporate clients.
Bob has specialized in Corporate Services, representing several major clients in restructuring their real estate portfolio. One such client saw cost savings totaling over $100 million. Current and past clients include Prudential Financial, JPMorgan Chase Bank, The Interpublic Group of Companies, Associated Press and Zurich NA. Bob has completed 30+ million square feet of transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Romano was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he developed and implemented real estate strategies for numerous Fortune 100 clients.
Bob’s career in real estate began at The Rockefeller Group, where as an assistant vice president, he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of office space in Rockefeller Center, a complex comprising 12 office buildings and approximately 7 million square feet.
