Rob Roe is a Managing Director and leads the Tenant Representation and Consulting team in Cleveland, Ohio. He has more than 32 years of industry experience in providing real estate transaction representation, capital markets, disposition and consulting services for clients around the world. His background includes strategic and full-service real estate solutions for his client’s real estate portfolios, and he has consistently ranked among the top Northeast Ohio Tenant Representation professionals.
He has successfully consulted and been an advocate on complex transactions averaging $250 million annually over the past 20 years of his career. Rob’s expertise ranges from locally owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, as well as extensive law firm experience. He has also been heavily involved in capital market Trophy building and portfolio sales.
Rob is a four-time recipient of the NAIOP Office broker of the year. He was named to Midwest Real Estate News’ 2019 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame and was recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business Forty Under 40 program for his strong leadership and management approach.
Rob is passionate about bettering the surrounding community, having served on charitable boards for Providence House and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cleveland. Rob is also a past president of NAIOP Northeast Ohio.
