Current Responsibilities:
Richard Quarles is a Senior Managing Director within JLL Houston’s industrial Services group, where he specializes in industrial, investment and land brokerage. His primary goal is to ensure that his clients’ objectives are achieved with maximum value added. He achieves this goal through market knowledge, risk management and strategic negotiation.
Specialties:
Landlord representation, project leasing, leasing and sales, site acquisition for development / build-to-suit/design build, land brokerage and tenant representation investment sales.
Experience:
Richard provides brokerage and advisory services to clients regarding their real estate requirements and projects. Client base includes end users (global, regional and local), owners, developers and investors. This range of perspective enables him to understand the objectives of the project at hand, and quickly delivers solutions that will achieve the desired results.
