Phil is a Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He focuses on arranging debt and equity for owners and developers of commercial real estate across the Midwest and nationally. Prior to joining JLL he was a Director at Meridian Capital Group in New York City. At Meridian Phil was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing a wide array of financing transactions including: land, bridge, ground up construction, recapitalizations and permanent loans.
