Career summary
Pete is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Carolinas offices of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate, Pete specializes in industrial capital markets for institutional and corporate clients, as well as private owners of real estate. As part of the Southeast Industrial Capital Markets practice, he focuses on providing superior services to clients looking to acquire or sell assets in the Southeast United States.
He joined JLL in 2011 with JLL’s acquisition of Keystone Partners, where he was a founding member. Prior to Keystone, Pete was a vice president with Trammell Crow Company, an asset manager with Daniel Realty and a broker with CBRE in Norfolk, Virginia. In his career, Pete has leased over 50 million square feet of industrial space and has closed over $3 billion of Industrial Capital Markets transactions across the Southeast United States. During his university days, Pete was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and SIOR.
He was the 2012 winner of JLL’s Charlotte’s “Team Player Award” and the 2013 winner of JLL Carolina’s “Catalyst Award” for leadership and decisiveness, and 2015 winner of the JLL Carolina’s “Leadership Award”.
