Career summary
Patrick is a Senior Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in industrial investment advisory throughout Southern California, with his primary focus being the Inland Empire and Los Angeles markets. In this capacity he represents and advises clients in the sale, acquisition or development of industrial assets throughout the region. Additionally, Patrick focuses on equity placement transactions within the industrial sector including joint venture equity and recapitalizations. Patrick takes a long-term advisory approach to all that he does.
He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has extensive experience in institutional scale industrial real estate transactions of varying types and complexity. Patrick has worked on some of the firm’s most notable single asset and portfolio transactions across the country while having represented many top global institutions. Patrick has worked on more than $16 billion of transaction volume over his career, covering more than 130 million square feet.
Prior to covering Southern California, Patrick spent more than a decade covering the Southeastern U.S., having specialized strictly in industrial capital markets. He has consistently ranked as one of the top industrial producers nationally within the firm and he sits on JLL's National Industrial Council.
Prior to starting in commercial real estate Patrick began his career working as an investment analyst for a boutique fund management business, where he focused on opportunistic alternative investments. This investing experience was foundational and continues to drive his perspectives on capital markets today.
