Career summary
Patrick is a Senior Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He co-leads JLL’s industrial investment advisory team throughout Southern California, where he represents and advises clients in the sale, acquisition, and development of industrial assets and portfolios both regionally and nationally. Patrick also focuses on equity placement transactions within the industrial sector including joint venture equity, recapitalizations, and programmatic equity. He takes a long-term advisory approach in all that he does.
He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has extensive experience in institutional-scale industrial real estate transactions of varying types and complexities. Patrick has worked on some of the firm’s most notable single-asset and portfolio transactions across the country, representing many top global institutions.
Patrick has specialized exclusively in capital markets within the logistics asset class for over a decade. He has consistently ranked as one of the top industrial producers firm-wide and sits on JLL’s National Industrial Council.
Before starting in commercial real estate, Patrick began his career as an investment analyst for a boutique fund management business, where he focused on opportunistic alternative investments. This investing experience was foundational and continues to shape his perspective on capital markets today.
