Current responsibilities:
Patricia Raicht is the Senior Director of Research and Strategy for the Western US directing all aspects of the local market research programs, output, and staff in the West. Patricia focuses on expanding and deepening the research platform into a strong component of the firm’s offering an integrated approach to client service in the region. Patricia brings a tremendous depth of research experience that enhances the firm’s collective knowledge of market dynamics in a way that guides strategic decision making and identifies risks and opportunities for clients.
Experience:
Patricia brings more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to JLL. She is responsible for directing the statistical tracking and reporting of an array of indicators impacting the commercial office market, including economic data, corporate leasing activity and capital markets trends. Patricia is recognized regionally as a leading real estate market analyst, responsible for planning and executing integrated strategies to enhance JLL's analytical and predictive intelligence capabilities. She has been an author and ghost-author of guest columns for local, regional and national media publications regarding commercial real estate market trends. Patricia was named a Woman of Vision by the Daily Journal of Commerce in Oregon in 2018. She was also named one of three CRE influencers in Portland in the same year. In 2017, Patricia was named one of 25 Women of Influence by the Portland Business Journal.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Patricia spent 16 years as Regional Director of Research and Marketing with Grubb & Ellis, in addition to time with the Association for Portland Progress and a Washington, D.C. development firm, The Kaempfer Company.
Patricia is passionate about diversity and inclusion and has been on the leadership team of JLL's LGBT+ employee resource group, Building Pride, where she helped monitor and progress the firm's achievement of a perfect score from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index.
Education and affiliations:
Patricia received her BS with distinction from George Washington University and attended the Masters program at University of California, Berkeley. She serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of iUrban Teen (Non-Profit dedicated to exposing at-risk youth to STEM careers) and also sits on its scholarship committee. Patricia is on the Advisory Board for Portland State University’s Center for Real Estate. She a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of its DEI committee.
Outside interests:
Patricia is passionate about social justice issues and spends her time away from work advocating for under-invested youth and the LGBTQ+ communities. She loves to garden, spend time with her family and watch action movies!
