Nicole Mihalka is an industry expert for creative office and entertainment real estate, with a focus on the Hollywood/West Hollywood, San Fernando Valley and Northeast Los Angeles (“NELA”) areas of Los Angeles. Since 2010, she and her team have leased and sold over 5 Million square feet in Hollywood/West Hollywood alone.
She leads the JLL Women's Initiative Network (WIN), which connects women, talent and opportunity. Nicole is passionate about serving the communities where she lives and works. She is a past Chair of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Board (during which time she emceed many Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremonies) and past Chair of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation. She currently serves as Chair of the Hermon Neighborhood Council, which is an elected position in the City of Los Angeles.
