Current Responsibilities
Neil Ross serves as Managing Director of Tenant Representation in Jones Lang LaSalle's Boston office. Mr. Ross is responsible for the generation and successful management of a number of rapidly growing biotechnology, health and technology driven clients, on a local, national and international bases.
Experience
Mr. Ross has helped a number of rapidly growing companies to develop and implement their global real estate strategies, while meeting each client’s individual needs. He has worked with a number of diverse local, national and international corporations in the areas of telecommunications, biotechnology, medical device manufacturing, engineering and software. Notable lease transactions include: Potpourri Group, Juniper Networks, Red Hat, and Carbonite Inc.
Mr. Ross has also been involved with refinancing projects such as
The Massachusetts Medical Societies 220,000-square-foot corporate headquarters .Mr. Ross was one of the key individuals who established the Boston office for The Staubach Company, the largest exclusive user representation real estate firms in the country, before they were acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008.
