Nathan Orbin is the co-lead for their 5 person Industrial Brokerage team in Dallas-Fort Worth. His specialties include tenant and landlord representation, site selection, development, land sales, building sales and build to suits.
With 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Nathan is well known in Dallas-Fort Worth as a leading industrial real estate expert. He has closed more than 50 million square feet in industrial leases and more than 5,500 acres in land sales. Over the years, Nathan’s commitment to unparalleled client service has yielded national and local recognition as a top performer, including multiple Top 10% Producer awards.
Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to JLL, he was an Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield. In the last two years alone, Nathan and his team have closed more than 15 million square feet of leasing transactions, sold over 3 million square feet of buildings, and been involved in over 35 million square feet of new industrial developments.
