Current Responsibilities
Mike Driscoll primarily focuses on Industrial Tenant Representation. He is a market leader in supply-chain optimization, site-selection, and strategic cost reduction. He is recognized for creativity and an exceptional commitment to clients.
Experience and Accomplishments
Mike has successfully negotiated over 10 million square feet of lease and sale transactions and was responsible for the largest industrial lease in North America for 2010 (900,000 sf). Mike joins Jones Lang LaSalle from Colliers International where he was Vice President of Industrial Brokerage and the top producing salesperson two of the last four years.
Education and Affiliations
Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Alabama. He is actively involved in the industry and served on the Memphis Chamber of Commerce Supply Chain Council. He is currently a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) as well as SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors).
