Michelle Stewart serves as Senior Vice President of Retail Services at JLL in the Pittsburgh office and has 15 years of experience as a retail salesperson, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation services. Throughout her career, Michelle has worked in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
She has successfully represented both retailers and restaurants with their site selection processes by providing them with comprehensive market analyses, competitive market sales, transactional negotiations, site acquisition and disposition services.
Michelle is also experienced in landlord representation of anchored, unanchored and neighborhood shopping centers, freestanding buildings and new construction pre-leasing. Her extensive market knowledge, retail/restaurant relationships, creative marketing strategies and deal making expertise combine to achieve, maintain and exceed proformas established in underwriting successful real estate investments.
Michelle has worked with some of the fastest growing retailers and restaurants, represented millions of square feet of commercial real estate and has successfully concluded hundreds of transactions.
