Michael Palmeri is a member of the New Jersey industrial brokerage team. His team assists tenants and building owners lease, purchase, and sell warehouses and distribution centers. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and New York.
Michael's landlord and developer clients include both private and institutional groups. He currently represents or has recently completed transactions with the following groups:

Michael is based out of East Rutherford, but also utilizes JLL's Iselin, Parsippany, and New York City offices.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Michael worked as a financial analyst and accountant for Atlantic Health System in Morristown, New Jersey. Additionally, in 2012, Michael worked as an agent in Coldwell Banker's Summit, New Jersey branch.
Education
Michael graduated high school from Seton Hall Prep in West Orange, New Jersey and college from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
