Current Responsibilities:
Mia supports project success for over 20 projects valued at more than $80 million. Projects include a 230,000 SF office, lab, and warehouse tenant improvement for a confidential sporting goods client and a 113,000 SF office tenant improvement for a Fortune 100 client. Mia’s primary roles are to prepare and manage financial reports and project documents, lead the RFP process, assist with scheduling, and document site walks and meetings.
Experience:
Mia has over 3 years of experience in residential and commercial property management. Her most recent experience was as Assistant Property Manager for a luxury, mixed-use space in Little Italy, San Diego. Her abilities to lead teams; manage budgets, vendors, and projects; and improve processes led to record high GOI and resident retention.
Education and Affiliations:
Mia graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a B.S. in International Business. She is a member of the Building Industry Association and sits on the Board of the Young Generation program. She is actively involved in supporting the building industry within San Diego County.
