Current Responsibilities
Megan Matthews serves as Managing Director for JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Region’s Property Management business consisting of 300 employees who oversee 50 million square feet of office, industrial and mixed-use assets. Prior to this role she served as the lead for the South Central Region Property portfolio. She was responsible for overseeing 120 employees and 38 m.s.f. of office, industrial and mixed-use assets in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Kansas City. Megan is able to provide customized solutions to her clients by leveraging the size of the portfolio, the experience of her team and JLL’s tremendous purchasing power.
Experience
Megan has over 20 years of invaluable real estate experience. In just under 15 years, she was able to accelerate from Analyst to Senior Vice President. Due to her rapid career growth, Megan has upheld multiple leadership and mentorship positions. Her extensive variety of roles and responsibilities exhibit her wide-range of skill sets.
Megan’s portfolio consists of a multitude of prominent clients, where she succeeds in developing and fostering strong realtionships to better serve them. Throughout her career, she has held membership in many organizations and has received a collection of awards and recognitions—a testament to her character and work ethic.
Education
Megan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the University of Georgia.
