Current Responsibilities:
Matt represents tenants and investors for sale and lease transactions of data center, office and industrial space as well as the acquisition and disposition of land sites in Northern Virginia. His experience representing investors and occupiers in the marketplace has afforded him a practical understanding of the goals and requirements of both sides in a leasing transaction.

Matt is a specialist in the Northern Virginia office market. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Broker for Spaulding & Slye Colliers & Equis Corporation where he represented institutional owners and corporate clients in real estate transactions.
Education and Affiliations
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts in American Government from Georgetown University. He is a member of CREBA, NAIOP, the Reston Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Realtors. Matt is a licensed real estate salesperson in DC, Virginia and Maryland.
