Current Responsibilities:
Matt joined JLL in 2017, providing clients with a full scope of real estate services in the industrial and office sector. He specializes in providing market research, financial models, site selection and market strategies for agency leasing, tenant representation and acquisitions and dispositions of income producing property. Matt holds a real estate license in Mississippi and Tennessee. He is the proud recipient of the JLL Gold Baton award, JLL Rising Star award, JLL Top Achiever, MAAR Pinnacle Awards Newcomer of the Year 2019 and the MAAR Pinnacle Producers Club.
Education and Affiliations:
Matt graduated from the University of Mississippi where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration. While working toward his undergraduate degree, he lettered four years on the University’s baseball team. He is a member of the M-Club, Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) – Board Member, and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and two dogs as well as playing golf and fly fishing.
