Matt Maciag serves as a Senior Vice President at JLL, and has personally negotiated over 5 million SF of transactions over the past 12 years.
Experience
Since 2008, Matt has offered real estate services to clients seeking increased value by owning, occupying, developing or investing in real estate. Matt specializes in the selling and leasing of industrial properties involving owners, tenants, and investors, leveraging his finance and economics background to help his clients make sound real estate decisions. He has handled transactions from a range of industries including: aviation, transportation, third party logistics, manufacturing, air & ocean freight and cold storage such as produce and food & beverage.
Partnering with his clients, Matt has executed integrated services including:

Education and Affiliations
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Florida.
Matt is a member of the Brickell Rotary Club, a certified Level 1 Freediver and serves as President of his condo association.
