Marshall has an extensive background spanning 32 years in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout his longstanding career, Marshall has had the privilege of representing a wide array of prominent companies, including Lowe’s, Walmart, Whirlpool, Pet Valu, CN Rail, U-Haul, Iron Mountain, Pattison Group, and Tim Hortons. His exceptional track record is a result of his outstanding market knowledge, strong client relationships, and unwavering dedication to delivering accurate and reliable service. Marshall's professionalism, integrity, and results have earned him numerous accolades as a top producer in both Canada and North America. Marshall holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan, where he was honored as an All Canadian in both Football and Track & Field. Additionally, he is a former player of the Calgary Stampeders and remains an active member of the Calgary Stampeder Alumni Association.
