Current Responsibilities
Lucas de la Garza is an associate with JLL’s Retail Advisory Services, where he specializes in Tenant Representation and Agency Leasing in Houston, Texas. His primary focus is identifying and executing negotiations of high-quality sites for end-users, including freestanding buildings, land, and shopping centers.
Lucas is also a member of the JLL Portfolio Dispositions team, where his responsibilities include property valuations, offer solicitation, due diligence oversight, and managing closing activities on behalf of the team’s clients.
Before joining full time, Lucas was an intern for JLL Retail Advisory Services in Houston.
Education
Prior to joining JLL, Lucas graduated from Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. During his time at Texas A&M, Lucas was heavily involved in campus and community activities.
