Current Responsibilities
Lisa Coulter develops unique real estate strategies and implements flexible lease solutions, drawing from an extensive business and financial background. As an actively licensed CPA, she has a proven ability to generate occupancy cost savings.
Experience
Prior to JLL, Lisa handled leasing 2M sf for Highwoods Properties, Tampa’s largest owner of Class A office space. Now, serving as a tenant representative with JLL, Lisa is able to utilize a keen understanding of the landlord’s perspective to generate leverage in lease negotations.
In the preceding 10 years, Lisa served as a tenant representative at several companies, including Cushman & Wakefield. During this time, Lisa earned a reputation for tenancious negotiating. Her consultative and analytical approach generated significant savings during economic expansions and recessions.
Lisa’s experience also includes managing Florida’s Bank of America office portfolio transactions team while at Trammell Crow. At Publix Super Markets, Lisa gained 13 years of corporate experience, heading the Strategy Department with new market entries, including Tennessee and Alabama. At KPMG, she audited financial statements for both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses.
Education and Affiliations
A cum laude graduate of Florida State University, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance. She completed the Executive Program for Strategic Management at the Kellogg Graduate School for Management, Northwestern University. Lisa is an actively licensed CPA and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.
She’s volunteered for the United Way Suncoast Board of Directors and various committees. Lisa also volunteers at Metropolitan Ministries,Trinity Café and Little League.
