Career Summary
Larry is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF investment banking/securities team more than sixteen years ago and has over 30 years of experience in executive sales, business development and management within the real estate and technology sectors. His primary responsibility is to access capital commitments from public, private, corporate and tax-exempt institutional investors on behalf of the firm’s clients who are raising their investment funds and other structures. Larry covers Canada for the group, as well as a significant geography within the U.S.
Before joining HFF in January 2005, Larry served as a Vice President, Sales & Marketing for RealEnergy, a developer and operator of energy systems for major commercial properties. Prior to that, he held real estate management positions with two leading telecommunications companies following deregulation. Larry also served as an Executive Director for Jon Douglas Company and as a Vice President of Business Development for Kennedy Wilson.
