Current responsibilities
Kristy Hull is a Senior Vice President in the brokerage division of JLL’s Cleveland Office and is responsible for consulting office and industrial clients on real estate dispositions and relocations, as well as advising local and national real estate owners in the leasing and selling of their assets.
Experience
With more than 13 years of experience, Kristy has managed real estate portfolios totaling more than 8 million square feet across 120 sites nationally
Kristy’s industry experience includes agency/owner representation, transaction management, acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio operations and management, financial analysis, tenant representation and relations, and consulting.
Education
Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing / management from Grove City College. She has been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a Notable Woman in Real Estate in 2018, NAIOP Industrial Broker of the Year in 2015, and as part of the Forty Under 40 class in 2015.
She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
