Kris Richey Curtis has been active in the commercial real estate and Seattle business community for over 16 years. Kris enjoys the full spectrum of the real estate process - starting with an upfront strategic planning process to understand her clients’ business goals, which informs which real estate solutions will best support the organization. With a background in science and research, Kris applies an analytical and data-driven approach to support client decision making.
Kris has developed long-standing relationships with her clients as well as with members of the community with her involvement with the Seattle Chamber, Mary’s Place, Downtown Seattle Association, and PATH’s Global Health Heroes Committee. Her professional relation- ships and unique background positions clients to connect to unique market opportunities.
Kris began her career as a Research Scientist in the United Kingdom after graduating from the University of Colorado. After moving back to the United State since 2003, Kris joined The Staubach Company, which is now Jones Lang LaSalle.
When Kris is not at work, you will find her giving back to the community through one of the organizations she is affiliated with. Kris enjoys spending time with her two kids, friends, and family in the outdoors.
