Current responsibilities:
Kieran Miller, MAI serves as a Senior Director of JLL Value and Risk Advisory focusing on multi-family assets in the Tri-State region. Responsibilities include leading valuation assignments and completion of appraisal reports. These assignments include analyzing complex highest and best-use scenarios, estimating cash flows using discounted cash flow models, conducting analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses, performing market feasibility studies, and conducting portfolio analysis. Mr. Miller specializes in the valuation of multi-housing assets, including conventional and small-balance multifamily, affordable housing, and proposed developments. He oversees and mentors analysts, senior analysts, and associates to deliver high-quality valuation reports.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL in 2023, Mr. Miller most recently served as a Senior Appraiser at AEI Consultants and BBG Inc. At these firms, he was responsible for leading real estate valuation assignments for acquisition, arbitration, estate tax, estate planning, financing, and litigation purposes.
Mr. Miller has national experience with a focus on the New York City metropolitan area across several asset types including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, hotels and hospitality, development, and specialty property types. His specialized sector experience in the multi-family vertical started in 2018 as a real estate analyst at Jerome Haims’ Realty.
