Current responsibilities
Katy Redmond is a key member of the JLL Global Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) and Markets leadership team, with revenue growth responsibility for the Eastern U.S. and Canada. Katy brings together a global network of subject matter experts, advanced technologies, and unrivaled data analytics and insights. She leads a team that provides clients with a broker-led approach well suited to companies seeking to optimize their real estate investments, with access to a wide range of occupier services from JLL. Katy also serves as the National Markets Lead for JLL’s Technology Industry and co-leads JLL’s Technology Leadership Council.
Experience
Katy brings more than 25 years of solution development and account management experience, with the past 17 years dedicated to the successful delivery of complex real estate solutions across industry verticals and asset types. With deep knowledge and experience in CRE Tech/PropTech, Katy brings a unique perspective to the impact of technology and innovation.
As a strategic thinker, collaborative partner and performance-driven leader, Katy is passionate about fostering an inclusive, informed community within the commercial real estate sector and is an active mentor both inside and outside of JLL. She is an active member of JLL’s Women’s Business Network, Generation-All, VetNet, Global Sustainability Network and the JLL IPS Leadership Council, in addition to several industry vertical advisory councils.
Education and affiliations
Katy served on the Executive Committee of the CoreNet Mid-Atlantic Chapter for from 2018-2022. She was awarded the CoreNet President’s Award in 2022 and and was named the IFMA Boston Service Provider of the Year award in 2010. She is an active member of Corporate Real Estate Women (CREW) and CoreNet Global.
Katy graduated as a Helen Heath Scholar from William Smith College. She earned her Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) in 2021 and is ceritified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) from CoreNet Global. Outside of the office, Katy is an artist, explorer, and outdoor enthusiast. Katy and her family reside outside of Washington, DC.
