J.R. Fairman is a Vice President primarily responsible for providing transaction representation and consulting services to Office Landlords as well as local and national real estate investors. J.R. leverages his background in real estate market analysis, real estate information systems, and transaction management to provide his clients with practical and effective solutions.
Mr. Fairman has over 10 years of experience assisting in the development and implementation of occupancy strategies for several Fortune 500 Companies and has facilitated the acquisition and disposition of three million square feet of commercial real estate spanning North America and a total transaction value in excess of $130M.
Mr. Fairman is a graduate of Ohio University, with a B.A. in Accounting. Mr. Fairman has served as the chair of the Education Committee in the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and as an Executive Board Member of Wrestlers in Business, a nonprofit developed to assist athletes who have transitioned into the business world. J.R. has received the Kate Madden Service Award for his service to the community through Hands On northeast Ohio and has been the recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award for several years including 2016.
