Career summary
Mr. Marshall is a Senior Director in JLL’s Orange County office and joins the firm after JLL’s acquisition of HFF in 2018. He specializes in structured finance and has experience arranging: joint-venture equity and mezzanine capital; transitional and construction financing; A-notes; participating mortgages, in addition to traditional fixed-rate mortgages.
Prior to JLL, Mr. Marshall worked in acquisitions investing joint-venture equity in apartment development. Previously, he worked for a senior member of Congress and for CREFC, a commercial real estate trade association.
