John is an Executive Vice President, located in JLL’s New Jersey office market brokerage group. He provides corporate representation for both the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate and manages strategic planning and site development activities for his clients, with expertise in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. He also co-chairs JLL’s Life Sciences Advisory Council, and is licensed in NJ and NY.
John began his career in 1987 and joined JLL in February 2017. Prior to, he was National Director of the Life Sciences Practice at Colliers International, representing pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies in the Tri-State region, nationally and internationally. He was also responsible for coordination of business development and transacting acquisition and disposition assignments for Practice Group Clients, and works closely with the owners of new and repurposed life science developments.
John is a graduate of Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Midland School, a private nonprofit special education school for children with developmental disabilities in North Branch, New Jersey. He is also a member of JLL’s Healthcare & Higher Education Advisories, AURP, BioNJ and NYBA.
