Career Summary:
John Ream joined the Real Estate Investment Banking (REIB) group in April 2010. As Vice President, Mr. Ream focuses on debt and equity loan originations, acquisitions, recapitalizations, investment sales, loan workouts including debt restructuring, modification and extension as well as assisting in the continued integration of the Capital Markets platform on a national basis.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets, Mr. Ream worked for LaSalle Investment Management (LIM) in Dallas, Texas. While at LIM , Mr. Ream specialized in the acquisition and management of retail shopping centers on behalf of several pension fund clients, including: Ohio PERS, Alaska Permanent Fund, Alaska Retirement Management Board, and the State of Maryland. Additionally, Mr. Ream was responsible for the oversight of several assets for LIM’s core and value-add funds. Prior to joining LIM, Mr. Ream worked for Zale Corporation, where he responsible for site selection and lease negotiation.
